16th September 2012 Announcements

        Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.   

  1. All churches to ensure that all district contributions are remitted as soon as possible. The delay in remitting and none remittance of contributions will jeopardize the execution of district activities e.g. the forthcoming crusades and other activities.
  2. There will be Departmental councils on  16th September 2012, all departmental heads and their secretaries to meet at M’tendere Main at 08:00hrs. Come with reports,please observe time.
  3. There will be CPC/ district council on 23rd September 2012.
  4. All members to continue preparing for Great Hope project which will come to pass any time soon.
  5. On 15th September 2012, nominating committees will be announced in all churches, and all nominating committees will meet the Pastor for briefing on Sunday 16th September 2012 at Mtendere main at 08:00hrs. Please note that, a member of a nominating committee who will not attend the briefing will cease to be a member. Ensure that you carry signed business meeting minutes and lists of names of the chosen nominating committee members. Any church that will send the nominating committee without the above requirements will be sent back.
  6. 15th September 2012, Pathfinder week of prayers ends.
  7. 15th September 2012, district Sabbath School is visiting Hellen Kaunda SDA Church, while District Health Ministries is visiting Mtendere main Church.
  8. There will be Ambassadors Nature study  on Sunday 16th September 2012 at Mundawanga botanical garden. Fees: K45, 000 per person, All those who want to attend the nature study to see youth leaders for more details.
  9. There will be A.Y big day on 22nd September 2012 at NRDC Hall starting at 08:00hrs. All to be in uniform.
  10. There will be Adventurer’s fun day on 7th October 2012 at Adventure City. Fees: K35,000 per child.
  11. Witnessing that will be conducted by music department starts on 16th September 2012 and will run through to 29th September 2012.
  12. There will be a Music camp meeting at Mundenga from 7th – 14th October 2012. The fees have been reduced from K50, 000 to K30, 000 per participant. Deadline for payments is 30th October 2012.
  13. There will be a CZC youth end of year camp at Mumbwa High School from 23rd to 30th December 2012. To attend at the camp are Ambassadors and Senior Youths only. Fees: K170, 000 registration, deadline 30th October 2012.
  14. crusade committees are urged to continue meeting and prepare for the crusades that will commence on 30th September 2012 and will run through to 20th October 2012.
  15. There will be Spirit of Prophecy day in all churches on 22nd September 2012. Preachers will be sent.
