        Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

  1. There will be Church Heritage examination on Sunday 15th July 2012 at City Church at 08:00hrs.
  2. There will be Pathfinder Parades day on Sunday 15th July 2012 at Mass Media SDA Church at 08:00hrs. 
  3. There will be Personal Ministries Council on Sunday 15th July 2012 at M’tendere main at 09:00hrs. All PM Leaders, PM Secretaries, VOP Leaders, Steering Committee Chairpersons for the upcoming crusades. All Admin elders/Elders in charge to attend without fail. Agenda: Up coming crusades. Please come with the lists of budgets, speakers, committee members and proposed venues.
  4. There will be Epaphras Ministries meeting at Mtendere main on Saturday 14th July 2012 at 17:00hrs. All local church prayer band chairpersons to attend without fail and the District prayer band to meet on Sunday 15th July 2012 at Mtendere main at 16:00hrs, all district prayer band members to attend without fail.
  5. There will be Zone Camp meeting council on 22nd July 2012 at Muluse camp site at 09:00hrs. To attend are Executive, all sub-committee members, all serving elders and district chairpersons for camp meeting with their secretaries  and should carry written reports,
  6. Board of elders has been moved from 22nd July 2012 to Wednesday 25th July 2012 at 17:00hrs at Mtendere main, to come with reports (number) on those who will attend this year’s camp meeting. Observe time.
  7. This year’s camp meeting is few weeks away; ensure that you prepare adequately for the event and all churches to ensure that camp meeting offering is remitted in time for the smooth running of all programs.
  8. All Churches to ensure that all monthly contributions to the district are remitted on time so that all activities can run efficiently and effectively.
  9. The following churches have not submitted stewardship and Audit surveys forms distributed last month to be filled: Chitukuko, Mtendere South, Kalingalinga, Mass media, Kalikiliki and Mtendere Main. Please ensure that these survey reports are forwarded to the pastor’s office as soon as possible, the conference needs them.
  10. There will be Stewardship Camp meeting promotion day on 21st July 2012 in all churches. All churches to take advantage of this day to promote camp meeting adequately.
  11. 21st July 2012 will be Media day, all local communication to prepare for it. 
  12. On 21st July 2012 district Sabbath School will visit Mass Media SDA Church.
  13. There will be Literacy VBS on 28th July 2012 in all churches.
  14. All members are urged to continue paying for Great controversy books for great controversy project. Fees remain unchanged.
