30th June 2012 District Announcements
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
- There will be CZC Music Camp meeting at Mundenga Camp site. All Singers who will participate in this event are required to pay K50, 000 per person. Deadline for payments will be 31st August 2012. All approved singing groups in all churches are eligible to attend no auditions will be conducted. All music departments are urged to prepare their singers and ensure that their insurance is done and pass through the pastor’s office before one pays for the participation.
- There will be Music Fellowship on 2nd July 2012 at M’tendere Main SDA Church starting from 08:00hrs to the time to be advised.
- There will be helping hand on 1st July 2012 to be conducted by the Adventist Youths at a place to be advised.
- There will be a Sabbath School seminar on 8th July 2012 at a place to be advised.
- All Churches to ensure that all monthly contributions to the district are remitted on time so that all activities can run efficiently and effectively. And continue preparing for the camp meeting which is just around the Conner.
- On 30/06/12, Health Ministries Leadership will be at M’tendere South.
- All members are urged to continue paying for Great controversy books for great controversy project. Fees remain unchanged.
- All Admin elders are urged to urgently fill the Audit/Evaluation form which was distributed two weeks ago and submit it to the district pastor’s office as soon as possible.
