Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

  1. 12th May 2012 will be Spirit of prophecy (SOP) day in all churches. All local churches to prepare and conduct the program, the district will not send preac.
  2. There shall be Children Ministries certification seminar from 20th – 26th May 2012 at Garden house. All participants to pay K300, 000.00 for registration, lodging and food throughout the whole stated period. Churches must send a representative to this important meeting or an elder if there will be none from children ministries dept.
  3. All Churches should start ordering Sabbath School study guides; Adults K18, 000 and Children K11, 000 per copy.
  4.  District departmental visits; Children ministries Leaders will be at Kalingalinga on 12th May 2012 while communication will be at Chitukuko church and District prayer band will be at Kalingalinga church doing their local church visiting the local prayer band at 17:00hrs.
  5. Two week crusades are underway in all LEMD churches and will run upto 19th May 2012 to be followed by a grand baptism on 19th May 2012.Please let us all be involved to invite people from all walks of life to attend and listen to the word of God.
  6. There will be Personal Ministries Council on 13th May 2012 at M'tendere Main church at 09:00hrs. To attend are PM Leaders, Secretaries, VOP leaders, Admin elders and elders in charge.
  7. All Ambassadors to meet at Chitukuko church to prepare for the conference debate, eassay writting and quiz on sunday 13th May 2012 and all youth music directors to meet at the same venue and date as ambassadors.
  8. There will be Epaphras ministries meeting at mtendere main at 16:00hrs on 12th May 2012. All prayer band leaders to attend.
  9. There will be a Sabbath School seminer on 13th May 2012 at M'tendere main at 09:00hrs. All Sabbath school officers to attend.
  10.  All church members are required to contribute K10, 000 per person per month (120,000 per year) towards CZC building project contributions. Those who haven’t started, to do so.
