  1. There will be Departmental councils tomorrow 18th March 2012 at Mtendere main SDA church at 09:00hrs. All local departmental heads to attend. Youth council will also be held on the same date, venue and time.
  2. There will Spirit of prophecy (SOP) seminar tomorrow 18th March 2012 at Mtendere main SDA Church. Time 08:30hrs. To attend are all SOP leadership and their elders in charge and anyone who wants to know what spirit of prophecy is all about. Please carry your packed lunch.
  3. There will be Youth community service at Kalingalinga Police post on 25th March 2012.
  4. Pre-campaign evangelism meetings (door to door) which started on 10th  March 2012 will continue and the youth week of prayer starts today 17th March 2012 to be presided by mass baptism on 24th March 2012. All elders to lead into this program and all members to participate.
  5. All Dorcas workers to start preparing for the District Rally to be held from 22nd to 29th April 2012 at Lwimba while Union AMO Rally will be from 29th April to 5th May 2012 in Kabwe.
  6. Union Music camp meeting starts on 8th to 15th April 2012 in Ndola. Beulah land and Kings Royal cords will represent the district.
  7. All church members to continue contributing K10, 000 per person per month (120,000 per year) towards CZC building project contributions. Those who haven’t started to do so.
  8. All churches to fill the forms for pick hour attendance and submit to the district pastor’s office. Forms were distributed earlier on (every second and seventh Sabbath of every quarter – Sabbath school and main service).
  9. Funds were deposited in December 2011 and  has no documentation to back it ( K180,000 believed to be Mass media’s and K132,000 church unknown only used the district code, 10.) Please visit the pastor’s office and have this sorted out.
  10. There will be Baptism and VOP graduation on 24th March 2012. Youth week of prayer ends and all baptism candidates from both week of prayers and VOP should be ready for baptism.
  11. 25th March 2012 will be CPC/district council meeting day at M’tendere main.
  12. There shall be Children Ministries certification seminar from 20th – 26th May 2012 at Garden house. All participants to pay K300, 000.00 for registration, lodging and food throughout the whole stated period. Deadline for payments will be 20th March 2012 and all those who will attend to submit their names to the pastor within the next week.
  13. All church treasurers to promptly deposit trust funds by Mondays every week and ensure that all financial documents (duplicates) to reach the Pastor’s office every Tuesday.
  14. All serving elders to submit their names, phone numbers and email address to the pastor’s office through communication department.
  15. Elders please send your resolutions over district building fund to the pastor’s office today 10th March 2012 without fail.
  16. There will be Lay preachers and interpreters seminar from 01 to 03 April 2012 at Kalingalinga SDA Church. All those who will attend the seminar to submit to Elder Mutakwa Shepherd through the Local Personal Ministries Leaders.
  17. Let us all make use of this year’s theme song No 45 local which supports this year’s theme “REVIVED BY HIS WORD”
  18. District communication is slowly phasing out the publishing of District announcements in hard copy (papers) to soft copy (internet). All elders, district departmental heads and members therefore, should be aware of the district and local websites where all announcements are posted.
