Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  

  1. There will be region AMO Council meeting on Sunday 21/04/13 at M’tendere Main Church time 09 .00 HRS. All AMO members to attend.
  2. There will be Lusaka Conference music auditions at Kalingalinga Church on Sunday 21/04/13 starting at 0800hrs for Mundenga music camp meeting which will begin on 30/06/13 to 07/07/13 and each singer coming to the audition will pay KR 3.00.
  3. All Churches with Outstanding Balances (as earlier communicated) for the ongoing Conference drill/skill camp are remanded to submit the Monies to the District Treasurers on Sabbath as these Monies are required for the Youths to use for their transport as they come back tomorrow. Treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
  4. The Conference drill/skill camp which started last sunday14th April, will end on Sunday 21st April 2013.
  5. All teachers by professional are requested to meet at Libala SDA Church on 26th May 2013. Should prepare for the day and their packed lunch.
  6. 20th April 2013 is literature evangelism rally day.
  7. A.Y music fellowship day has been postponed to a later date.
  8. There will be special needs awareness /Education day on 27th April 2013 in all churches.
  9. There will be Adventurers’ music fellowship on 28th April 2013 at M’tendere main church.
  10. Churches are being reminded to submit the Minuets of their Board and Business meetings to Elder Bernard Tembo (Ass. District Secretary – 0977585502).
