Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. ·

  1.  All family life leaders in all churches are requested to submit statistical reports for the week of prayer held in February (attendance list day by day) to the district family life leaders or take it to elder Matotoba of Kalingalinga church.
  2. There will be AMO conference council meeting at Libala on Sunday 14 .04. 2013 at 09hrs.
  3. Sabbath 13th April 2013 is the second Sabbath of the quarter elders should ensure counting of attendance in both Sabbath school and main service is done.
  4. The farewell program for Pastor Shangala scheduled for this coming Sunday has been postponed to a later date to be announced.
  5. All churches are requested to approve the names of all those who gave themselves as literature evangelists during publishing promotion. Submit their names to the district publishing in readiness for the training.
  6.  There will be Conference drill/skill camp from 14th – 21 April 2013, all those who will camp should contribute Kr 80=00 per person. 
  7. All churches in LEMD are requested to submit names of those who were chosen to be members of district prayer band to the secretary.
  8. All teachers by professional are requested to meet at Libala SDA Church on 26th May 2013. Should prepare for the day and their packed lunch
  9. There will be literature evangelism rally day on 20th April 2013.
  10. There will be A.Y music fellowship day on 21st April 2013.
  11. There will be special needs awareness /Education day on 27th April 2013 in all churches.
  12. There will be Adventurers’ music fellowship on 28th April 2013 at M’tendere main church
