Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. ·

 

  1. 1.       There will be Dorcas Council on Wednesday 10/04/13 at M’tendere main church at 14:00hrs. All council members to attend.

 

  1. 2.      There will be Lusaka conference small singing groups’ music audition on Sunday 7th April 2013 at Kabwata church at 08:00hrs. All singers to go with Kr3.00
  1. 3.       The Pathfinder drill team will be meeting at M’tendere main on 7th April 2013 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All directors to attend and should carry guidons.
  1. 4.      There will an Ambassador council at M’tendere main on Sunday 07th April 2013 at 09:00hrs. All Ambassadors to attend and should be in uniform
  1. 5.      All churches are requested to approve the names of all those who gave themselves as literature evangelists during publishing promotion. Submit their names to the district publishing in readiness for the training.
  1. 6.       Kalikiliki branch is no longer a branch, it has now been conferred with a company status, it is now Mount Olive SDA Company.
  1. 7.       Epaphras Ministry will be holding a prayer conference on 7th April 2013 at M’tendere main from 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs. All are invited to attend, come with packed lunch.
  1. 8.       There will be Conference drill/skill camp from 14th – 21 April 2013, all those who will camp should contribute Kr 80=00 per person. 
  1. 9.       All churches in LEMD are requested to submit names of those who were chosen to be members of district prayer band to the secretary.
  1. 10.      There will be prayer and fasting on 6th April 2013
  1. 11.        There will be Prayer Conference /PLA seminar/SSPC workshop, all on 7th April 2013.
  1. 12.      There will be a farewell ceremony for Pastor Shangala on 14th April 2013 at M’tendere Main at 09:00hrs. All members wishing to attend and present their presents to do so.
  1. 13.      There will be an inter-departmental seminar by Zambia Union Conference at Libala SDA starting on Friday the 5 - 7th April 2013. Timings are as follows:

·         Friday 5th starting time will be 16:30 – 18:30.

·         Sabbath 6th 14:00-18:30hrs.

·         Sunday 7th 0800 – 17:30hrs. Light lunch will be provided but you do well to carry some extra food.

·         To attend are all departmental heads and elders.
