23rd Mrach 2013 Announcements
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
- Adventist Youths Week of Prayer which started on 16th March 2013 ends on Sabbath March 23, 2013 and Sabbath 23rd March will be A.Y day in all churches.
- There will be District Departmental Councils on Sunday March 24, 2013 at M’tendere Main Church. Time 09Hrs. All departments are requested to meet in readiness for District Council.
- March 30, 2013 will be Christian Education day. Heath Dept. Will Visit M’tendere Main and Children’s Ministry will visit Palabana.
- CPC and District council scheduled to take place on the March 31, 2013 at M’tendere Main has been moved to Monday 1st April 2013 at M’tendere main and will start at 08:30hrs and 14Hrs respectively. Elders ensure that your members attend the district council.
- There will be an Adventurers three Days Camp from April 5, to 7th 2013. Parents are being called upon to support this activity by contributing Kr 50=00 towards transport and food.
- There will be Conference drill/skill camp from 14th – 21 April 2013, all those who will camp should contribute Kr 80=00 per person.
- Churches are expected to send statistics on the Sabbath attendance (physical counting of people who have attended church both during Sabbath School and main service), this is expected to be done every second (2nd) and seventh (7th) Sabbath of every quarter. If you haven't done so please do so this Sabbath the conference wants the figures.
- The Children Ministries and Religious Liberty report forms are in please contact the Secretariat.
- All churches are expected to render all the reports on the Lusaka Conference report forms not CZC.
- There will be baptism today Sabbath 23/03/2013 at Kalingalinga SDA church at 14:00hrs. Churches should ensure that all the candidates to be baptised be at Kalingalinga at 13:00hrs accompanied by an elder, church clerk and deacons/nesses.
