Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
1.There will be a Lusaka Conference seminar for all Pastors and church Treasurers tomorrow Sunday 6th January 2013 at Libala SDA Church starting at 09:00hrs. All Church Treasurers to attend without fail.
2.Evangelism and SSPC will be meeting from 8 - 10th January 2013 to finalise the 2013 timemanagement and budget at Mtendere Main Church starting from 17:00hrs. All District departmental Heads to ensure their proposed drafts are submitted. Remember this is the only period to verify your submissions.
3.There will be an Elders Board on Sunday the 13th of January 2013 at Mtendere Main starting at 8:30hrs. All serving Elders to attend without fail.
4.There will be a District council on the 13th of January 2013 at Mtendere Main starting at 14:00hrs. Agenda: 2013 Timemanagement and budget.
5. Elders ensure that your members attend the district council
6. There will be an emmergency advisory/orientaion for Lusaka based local church music directors, choristers and singing group chairpersons and sponsors on Sunday 6th January 2013 at Kabwata SDA Church at 10:00hrs. All mentioned people to attend without fail.
7. There will be a SID/GC marriege retreat on 2nd February 2013 at Elephant Hills Hotel in Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe. It will be a one (1) day celebration of marriege commitiment . Registration fee is US$15 per couple. Deadline for payments is 15th January 2013. Payments are through conference. All participants to make their own transport and lodging arrangements.
