Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.   

  1. 01. There will be a match past tomorrow Sunday 7th October 2012 starting from Kalingalinga basic school sports grounds to Mahati Maghandi school sports grounds. All Adventist Youths, Dorcas and AMO to come in uniforms. All are welcome. Time: 13:30hrs please observe time.
  2. 02.    There will be Children’s ministries seminar on 14th October 2012 at Chitukuko SDA Church. To attend are all Coordinators, Sabbath School Children teachers, Children Ministries Volunteers and elders in charge and all interested church members from 08:00 to 16:00hrs. Please carry packed lunch.
  3. 03.  Sabbath 6th October 2012  will be Adventurers day with a theme: “The Shining Stones” Theme song: No. 7 local
  4. 04.    All members to continue preparing for Great Hope project and purchase T-shirts from Anchor house at K35, 000 and K65, 000 per T-shirt respectively.
  5. 05.    There will be Adventurer’s fun day on Sunday 7th October 2012 at Amusement Park. Fees: K25, 000 per child. Time 8:30hrs. For more details, see your local youth leaders.
  6. 06.    There will be Ambassador and Pathfinder survival camp at Lwimba from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th October 2012. Fees K50,000.00 per person
  7. 07.    Music camp meeting starts on Sunday 7th October 2012 and it will run up until 14th October 2012.
  8. 08.    There will be a CZC youth end of year camp at Mumbwa High School from 23rd to 30th December 2012. To attend the camp are Ambassadors and Senior Youths only. Fees: K170, 000 registration, deadline 30th October 2012.
  9. 09.    Five (05) Crusades are underway in Lusaka East Mission District and will run through to 20th October 2012. We are all urged to fully support the crusades.
  10. 10.     There will be Dorcas Crafts Display on 7th October, 2012 at M’tendere main starting at 08:30hrs.
  11. 11.       Region B Master Guide Investiture will take place on 3rd   November 2012 at Munali SDA Church of Munali Mission District.
  12. 12.     The General conference (GC) is preparing to start producing another magazine called “HOPE FOR YOU”. This magazine will need a lot of Zambian articles. The magazine will be sold at K12, 000 per copy. People to do the selling are Pathfinders, Ambassadors and Students. The K12,000 be  shared by the following  people  /entities : The  one  who will be in charge  in the  district ,the  seller, the conference ,the union and  the Division. The launch of the first edition will be on 1st December 2012.Let us pay for orders between now and 11th November 2012, the GC Communication Director Jean-Luc   Lezeau will be in the country to promote the same. The promotion in Lusaka East District will be on 2nd November 2012.
  13. 13.     The special edition of the Hope Magazine is out and is being distributed in your churches this month. See your Communication leaders in your churches for your copy, copies are few; therefore it is on first –come – first serve basis. All churches to ensure that all 8th Session delegates have a copy each.
  14. 14.     Pastor’s Hospitality will be held on 4th November 2012 and not 28th October 2012 as earlier indicated on the time management. All Churches to prepare for the event.
  15. 15.     All members are urged to continue praying for the nominating committees as well as the crusades.
