September 23rd Announcements

        Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.   

  1. All churches to ensure that all district contributions are remitted as soon as possible. The delay in remitting and none remittance of contributions will jeopardize the execution of district activities e.g. the forthcoming crusades and other activities.
  2.  There will be CPC on 23rd September 2012 at 08:00hrs while District Council will start at 13:30hrs at M’tendere main.
  3. All members to continue preparing for Great Hope project which will come to pass any time soon.
  4. All nominating committees that were announced in churches on 15th September 2012, are meeting  the Pastor for briefing  on Sunday 23rd September 2012 at Mtendere main at 08:00hrs. Please note that, a member of a nominating committee who will not attend tomorrow’s briefing will cease to be a member. Ensure that you carry signed business meeting minutes and lists of names of the chosen nominating committee members. Any church that will send the nominating committee without the above requirements will be sent back.
  5. There will be A.Y big day on 22nd September 2012 at NRDC Hall starting at 08:00hrs. All to be in uniform.
  6. There will be Adventurer’s fun day on 7th October 2012 at Adventure City. Fees: K35, 000 per child.
  7. There will be a Music camp meeting at Mundenga from 7th – 14th October 2012. The fees have been reduced from K50, 000 to K30, 000 per participant. Deadline for payments is 30th October 2012.
  8. There will be a CZC youth end of year camp at Mumbwa High School from 23rd to 30th December 2012. To attend at the camp are Ambassadors and Senior Youths only. Fees: K170, 000 registration, deadline 30th October 2012.
  9.  All crusade committees are urged to continue meeting and prepare for the crusades that will commence on 30th September 2012 and will run through to 20th October 2012.
  10. There will be Spirit of Prophecy day in all churches on 22nd September 2012. Preachers will be sent.
  11.  Dorcas Crafts Display will be held on 7th October, 2012 at M’tendere main in the morning.
  12.  There will be Personal Ministries Council on Wednesday 26th September 2012 at 17:00hrs at M’tendere main. All PM Leaders/Secretaries and VOP Leaders/secretaries to attend.
  13. Pastor’s Hospitality will be held on 4th November 2012 and not on 28th October 2012. All Churches to prepare for the event.
